Mandamarina garlic oil is obtained by soaking 20 ml garlic (allium sativum) garlic plant in olive oil. Garlic has natural antimicrobial properties. It is effective in hair care. The place where garlic production is most intense in Turkey is Taşköprü district of Kastamonu province. It has a long shelf life and a sharp taste and smell. Taşköprü garlic was also wanted to be grown in other places, but unfortunately, the smell and taste of the garlic grown in Taşköprü soil could not be detected. Most of the garlic grown here is given to pharmaceutical factories for the production of antibiotics. Taşköprü garlic, which has a very long shelf life, can be stored for a year without the need for cold storage.
